Clean Up After Yourself!

I don't understand how people can be okay with their stable not being clean all the time. Cleanliness is one of the most important things to me. If I walk into a stable and see that there is dirt or bedding all over the floor, I always feel like I have to clean it up. It seems like every time I go to a stable, instead of enjoying the horses, I'm cleaning up after other people. Is that really fair? I don't think so. I think we should all do our part when we go to the stable.

Let's be truthful here. What stable would you rather be at?

Both facilities are beautiful. The dirt in the first one though, even it being a little patch like that, just brings down the look of the place. It immediately makes it look like it's a cheaper and less professional place to be. This still might not be the case, but looks sure say otherwise.

It just bugs me how people don't seem to mind the dirt on the floor. When you have horses, wouldn't you want your horses to be in the most clean and healthy atmosphere you can give them? It's not that hard to sweep away the mess you made before you walk away and it makes a huge difference. It doesn't just look nicer to the people who ride there, it also makes your stable look more professional to your visitors.

So whether you are the owner of your own stable or you are just taking lessons or boarding your horse, make sure that once you have cleaned your horse that you also clean up the area where you were working. It helps everyone out. After all, why would someone have to clean up after the mess you made? It doesn't make sense. It won't take too much time out of your day and people will thank you for it.

I hope this information was useful to you and I hope that you are all doing well. Thank you for reading my blog.
